Our captains are all U.S. Coast Guard licensed and the I2 Meter crews are extensively trained to assist their captains in providing the most enjoyable and safest experience for those who sail aboard our America’s Cup yachts. I2 Meter Fleet: Newport’s Finest! All of our 12 Meter yachts have competed in the America’s Cup. In order to race in the most competitive sailboat race in the world, the America’s Cup I2 Meters were built to the highest standards, Lloyds of London A-1 specifications. Today, they are all U.S. Coast Guard certified and meticulously maintained to reflect their prestigious America’s Cup history. Their home port, Newport, Rhode Island, has the largest fleet of America’s Cup I2 Meters in the world, eight of which are available for charter through I2 Meter Charters.

Traditional sailing yachts and classic motor yachts as well as luncheon and/or spectator boats are also available for charter through I2 Meter Classic Charters to complement your America’s Cup sailing experience.
